Managing Director

Zoe, one of the founders of Cornerstone alongside James, has a vast knowledge of the property industry and oversees all aspects of the business. 

Her primary focus is on business development, marketing, and finance, ensuring the company’s continued growth and success.

Zoe also leads the Lettings Team, expertly managing the move-in transitions for tenants and maintaining strong communication with landlords and contractors. Her dedication to Cornerstone is unparalleled; she truly lives and breathes the business, working tirelessly to deliver nothing less than a 5-star service for every client.

Her passion, expertise, and commitment make her a driving force behind Cornerstone's reputation for excellence.

James

Director

James, one of the founders of Cornerstone alongside Zoe, has built an impeccable reputation as a reliable and trusted professional within the property industry. His focused, down-to-earth approach and wealth of experience not only distinguish him from other agents but also drive the repeat business that underpins Cornerstone's success.

James plays a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of the business, overseeing market appraisals, introducing new properties to the market, providing tailored marketing advice, and managing sales progression. With a genuine passion for property and a commitment to exceptional customer service, James is dedicated to ensuring smooth and seamless transactions for all clients.

Sebastian

Office/Lettings Manager

Sebastian joined Cornerstone in April 2026 and brings many years of experience in the property industry. His first role in the sector was with a lettings agency in Headingley in 2018, where he began building the strong knowledge and experience that he brings to the business today.

As Branch Manager, Sebastian plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of Cornerstone, helping to ensure smooth processes and consistently high levels of client service across all aspects of the company.

Sebastian is an integral part of the lettings team, assisting with everything from preparing property marketing and carrying out accompanied viewings, through to overseeing referencing and supporting tenants throughout the move-in process. He is also able to offer expert marketing advice, assist with compliance matters and provide invaluable support to both landlords and tenants throughout the lettings journey.

In addition, Sebastian works closely alongside Zoe on onboarding new business and helping to further grow Cornerstone’s presence and portfolio across Leeds. His approachable manner, industry knowledge and commitment to delivering excellent customer service make him a highly valued member of Cornerstone.

Amelia

Senior Lettings & Property Manager

Amelia joined Cornerstone in 2024 and now has over four years of experience within the lettings and property management industry. Holding a Level 3 Ascentis qualification in Lettings and Property Management, she combines industry knowledge with a proactive and personable approach to deliver an exceptional experience for both landlords and tenants.

Known for her organisation and attention to detail, Amelia manages every aspect of property management with professionalism and care. She has developed excellent relationships with trusted contractors, ensuring work is carried out promptly, smoothly, and to a consistently high standard.

Amelia’s approachable nature, positive attitude, and dedication to providing outstanding customer service have quickly made her a favourite among clients. Her ability to handle challenges calmly and effectively gives landlords and tenants complete confidence that their property is in safe and capable hands.

Angus 

Sales Negotiator

Angus joined Cornerstone in October 2024 and has since become a highly valued member of our growing Sales team.

Having already gained previous experience within the property management sector before joining Cornerstone, Angus settled into the business quickly and has earned an excellent reputation amongst both colleagues and clients for his professionalism, approachable manner and strong work ethic.

Over the past several months, Angus has also been assisting James with market appraisals and property viewings, while playing an important role in the successful sale of a number of properties across Meanwood and Leeds.

His developing knowledge of the local property market, combined with his enthusiasm and commitment to providing a high level of customer service, has enabled him to build strong relationships with buyers and sellers throughout the area.

We are currently recruiting for a Sales Progressor & Accompanied Viewer to join the Cornerstone team.

This is an exciting opportunity for somebody looking to develop their career within the property industry whilst working alongside an experienced and highly regarded team. The role will involve carrying out all our sales progression, liaising with buyers, sellers and solicitors, as well as carrying out accompanied property viewings to assist the sales team.
