Managing Director

James has gained an impeccable reputation for being reliable and trusted within the industry. His focused, down to earth approach and experience not only set’s him aside from other agents but also helps to generate our repeat business. James has many duties involving the day to day running of Cornerstone, market appraisals, bringing new property’s to market, specific marketing advice and sales progression. Having a passion for property and customer service, James will always aim to deliver a smooth transaction.


Managing Director

Zoe has a vast knowledge within the industry and oversees all aspects of the business but spends most of her time in business development, marketing and finance. Zoe also heads up the Lettings Team, where she arranges the move-in transition of all tenants whilst liaising with landlords and contractors.


Sales Manager / Valuer

David joined Cornerstone in November 2020, supporting the team as the branch manager. David provides excellent customer service levels and works closely with our vendors and purchasers. He handles the majority of property sale transactions from marketing advice, to sales progression.


Lettings Advisor

Oliver contributes a huge wealth of expertise. He is a reliable and trusted member of the team. He handles high volumes of incoming and outgoing calls. Oliver is great at negotiating lets, processing tenant applications and the administration this entails. He carries out inspections and looks after our property maintenance. Oliver has a refined understanding of current industry regulations and responsibilities evidenced by his two Property Mark Qualifications being Level 2 NVQ Award in Estate Agency and Level 3 NVQ Award in Residential Lettings and Property Management.
