Zoe

Director

Zoe, one of the founders of Cornerstone alongside James, has a vast knowledge of the property industry and oversees all aspects of the business. Her primary focus is on business development, marketing, and finance, ensuring the company’s continued growth and success.
Zoe also leads the Lettings Team, expertly managing the move-in transitions for tenants and maintaining strong communication with landlords and contractors. Her dedication to Cornerstone is unparalleled—she truly lives and breathes the business, working tirelessly to deliver nothing less than a 5-star service for every client.

David

Branch Manager 

David joined Cornerstone in November 2020 and brings over seven years of experience in the property industry. As the branch manager, David is core to the running of the business, ensuring smooth operations and consistently high levels of client satisfaction across all aspects of the company.
David handles the majority of property sale transactions, offering expert marketing advice, facilitating sales progression, and providing invaluable support to both vendors and purchasers. In addition, he works closely with James on onboarding new business, conducting market appraisals, and helping to grow Cornerstone’s portfolio.


Amelia

Lettings & Maintenance Coordinator

Amelia joined Cornerstone in 2024 and brings over two years of valuable experience in the property management industry. She is committed to maintaining the highest standards in all aspects of property management, from formatting contracts to coordinating maintenance tasks. Amelia has developed a strong rapport with our contractors, ensuring that all work is completed on time and to the highest quality. Her versatility and the personal, upbeat energy she brings to her role have quickly made her a favourite among clients. With Amelia, you can rest assured that you're in capable hands.

Angus 

Sales & Lettings Negotiator
